Mosaic Foundation - Albany Benefit Golf Classic

Mosaic Medical Center – Albany is focused on making our region a great place to live, and “access to health resources” is perpetually identified on our organization’s Community Health Needs Assessment. We make investments to bring the best expertise and technology to our hometowns, but many still have trouble getting to our venues of care. For that reason, we dedicated the proceeds from the 2015 edition of this tournament to the purchase of a patient transportation shuttle. That service has been so popular that our original “Barney Van” is more than ready to go the way of the other dinosaurs. We need an upgrade, and are grateful for the cash advance from Mosaic Foundation – Albany to purchase a beautiful and functional vehicle that we will be putting into service soon. We are working hard to make sure you enjoy our tournament, and want you to know that the proceeds are being used to offset some of that vehicle cost. Sponsors at the 34th Annual Mosaic Foundation – Albany Benefit Golf Classic will help ‘move us on down the road’ to achieving our goal of funding the new transportation van. Your generous support enables us to continue to make major investments in our hospital and programs, and our ongoing work in all of our traditional areas, including support to local schools.

As a sponsor, your representatives may attend the tournament and all the accompanying activities. You’ll be recognized with advertising on the course and in local newspapers following the tournament.


In addition to playing 18 holes of golf, golfers will enjoy abundant food and beverages throughout the day, receive a commemorative ball cap and other golfer gifts, and will be eligible for door prizes.

We understand the ongoing concern with mitigating the COVID-19 virus. Anyone interested in driving a golf cart as a single golfer can do so; just mark ‘single cart’ on the registration form.

Guest passes for visitors may be purchased for $25 each. Passes include food, beverages and all social events.

7 a.m. | Morning registration begins; coffee and breakfast available

8 a.m. | Four-person scramble tee-off

11:30 a.m. | Afternoon registration begins; lunch to be served; entertainment by local DJ; photo booth; and announcement of morning winners

1:30 p.m. | Two-person scramble tee-off

5:30 p.m. | Heavy appetizers to be served; afternoon results announced and closing remarks
