Donation Request

Mosaic Life Care Foundation prides itself in giving back to our region by considering ticket donation requests for inspireU general admission and emPowerU Summer STEAM Camp. Donation requests are intended for fundraising events supporting qualified 501(C)(3) nonprofit organizations.

  • Requests must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the date of your event.
  • Tickets are typically sent out 15 days before the date of the event.
  • Tickets may never be resold or traded.
  • Following these guidelines does not guarantee approval of a donation.
