Step One: Choose the appropriate volunteer category from those listed below:
Adult Volunteer
As one of our adult volunteers, you play a central role in creating a positive experience for patients and families during their time at Mosaic Life Care. Our volunteers are stewards of our hospitals. They bring their experiences with them to help every person who walks through our doors know they will receive exceptional care.
Student Volunteer
Students play an important role in creating positive experiences at Mosaic Life Care. Students spend their time interacting with patients and their families while supporting hospital staff in a variety of ways. Our goal is to mentor our students towards graduation and beyond. Regular attendance is a crucial part of the Student Volunteer experience.
Community Volunteer
Community volunteers provide hours outside of the hospital setting. You might like to volunteer for a hospital-sponsored event, work on sewing projects such as knitting scarves or making hats or blankets for cancer patients.
Intern
Our caregivers generously give their time so that students have an opportunity to have lasting, learning experiences at Mosaic Life Care. Internships consist of hours needed for college acceptance or graduation and are based on department availability.
Step Two: Complete the online Volunteer Application form for your appropriate category.
Step Three: In-person interview with Volunteer Services coordinator.
Step Four: Background check. Completed by Mosaic Life Care, no fee.
Step Five: Online orientation.
Orientation materials will be emailed as part of the training and orientation process for those already identified and placed as volunteers.
