Dr. Gaddie’s March Update

Greetings,

Mosaic Life Care Foundation expresses our sincere gratitude to all Mosaic caregivers and to each of you who support our organization. During this unprecedented time, please know our Foundation is working diligently to continue our mission of building healthy and thriving communities.

While our heroes in health care continue to work hard on the frontlines and behind the scenes to ensure the safety of our patients, visitors and fellow caregivers, the Foundation will continue to cheer them on and provide support and encouragement through these times of need and uncertainty. While our volunteers are unable to have a presence in the hospital setting, the Foundation will provide time and skills for the benefit of our patients, visitors and fellow caregivers.

As this traumatic time requires immediate response, we can be left asking, “What can I do to help?” or, “What can I encourage my children to do so they feel empowered?” The Foundation has initiated the following call-to-action opportunities. We invite you to participate in any manner that works well for you and your family.

  • Write a note of appreciation to a health care or emergency services employee you may know
  • Create a sign thanking these heroes and put it in their yard or your own yard so they may see
  • Sidewalk chalk art can provide similar encouragement
  • Play a musical instrument outside for all to enjoy

Share your family’s creativity via social media and tag Mosaic Life Care Foundation, if you like. Together, we can create a sense of calm until this storm passes.

With warmest regards,

Julie
