Foundation Announces Kruse Scholars

Mosaic Life Care Foundation has announced three Lowell C. Kruse Healthy Choices. Healthy Lives. Scholarship awardees for 2023.

Shawn (Aiden) Gregory, University of Kansas; Jordan Moser, Missouri Western State University and Laura Nold, University of Missouri, will each be awarded $10,000 to help offset tuition costs.

Moser, a 2023 scholarship awardee, takes pride in the quality and safety of nursing and wants to instill similar values in up-and-coming nurses.

“I applied for the Kruse scholarship because I take ownership and pride in my values and want to continue to educate new nurses with everything they need to know to be successful in this ever-growing profession,” Moser said.

The Kruse Scholarship provides financial assistance to a first-year, full-time graduate student studying in areas leading to improved quality of life for the residents of the Mosaic Life Care service region. This includes careers in health care administration, early childhood development, not-for-profit management and educational leadership.
