Heartland Foundation brings the first Mini Maker Faire to St. Joseph

The Big Muddy Mini Maker Faire was held March 3, 2018 at the Restoration Natatorium in downtown St. Joseph, Missouri.  We had over 800 visitors throughout the day!  Thank you to our sponsors and the amazing team of volunteers who helped make the Faire a success!

Maker Faire is a gathering of fascinating, curious people who enjoy learning and who love sharing what they can do. From engineers and artists to scientists and crafters, Maker Faire is a venue for these “makers” to show hobbies, experiments, and projects.

It’s the Greatest Show (& Tell) on Earth – a family-friendly showcase of invention, creativity, and resourcefulness.
