Dr. Gaddie’s January Update

Greetings,

As we begin this new calendar year full of hope and promise, Mosaic Life Care Foundation is making every effort to offer educational enrichment for the school districts of our region. As previously shared, our Board of Trustees recently voted to restructure our emPowerU programming fee structure. What this means, is that every school district in our 31-county service area can participate in our Civic Engagement Immersions and E2 Fellowship high school leadership series, free of charge. Our board and our team of caregivers understands the need and the benefit of empowering young people to think creatively, work collaboratively and problem solve real-life challenges and opportunities.

While the pandemic has created challenges for in-person learning environments, emPowerU remains committed to providing a physically-distanced setting for our youth to participate in collaborative decision making on topics to improve our region. We invite you to share our mission with family and friends that have school-age children. We welcome the opportunity for more school districts like the one featured in this month’s newsletter to experience our innovative environment.
