Fellowship Available to Nursing Students

Mosaic Life Care Foundation has established a Nursing Fellowship for students pursuing a BSN degree.

The Nursing Fellowship awards $10,000 annually to 10 qualifying applicants. The opportunity is available to students attending Missouri Western State University, Northwest Missouri State University and Benedictine College. The Nursing Fellowship helps lay the foundation for a successful nursing career.

Following graduation and successful obtainment of a valid nursing license to practice in the state of Missouri, each Mosaic Life Care Foundation Nursing Fellow agrees to a three-year commitment with Mosaic Life Care.

Julie Gaddie, PhD, President of Mosaic Life Care Foundation said the Foundation appreciates the opportunity to partner with Mosaic Life Care to offer this fellowship.

“The Nursing Fellowship program is a result of our Foundation and hospital leadership working to attract new and innovative ideas into our community,” Gaddie said. “The goal of the program is to not only give students employment, but also to help them see what it is like to be a part of our region.”

The Fellowship is currently open to December 2021 and May 2022 graduates. The deadline to apply is April 1.
