Meet Heartland Foundation’s New President
Guest post by Julie Gaddie, President of Heartland Foundation
Spring is in the air and there is a new energy at Heartland Foundation. As the flowers start to peak through the winter landscape, I am excited to be joining the Heartland Foundation team.
My husband Chad and our two children Carson, 15 and Ava, 12 are proud to call St. Joseph, Missouri our hometown. As an educator serving Northwest Missouri for the past 23 years, I have witnessed first hand the impact Heartland Foundation has across our region. At center of our mission is the understanding that community problems cannot be solved with the same thinking that created them. In the end, we all want strong youth engagement, a workforce ready to lead, and a vibrant community to call home.
Together we can build on Heartland Foundation’s commitment to working with schools, community leaders, and healthcare professionals to design the communities our children will call home for generations to come. The time to prepare for the future is now. Thank you to the many who have reached out and welcomed me to Heartland Foundation.
Get ready Northwest Missouri, Heartland Foundation is ready to roll up our sleeves and build a healthier tomorrow.
